Code (websites, apps) & Media (videos, blogs) are examples of permissionless leverage. The best thing about these is they work even when you are not working, serving customers on your behalf.

People are doing transactions on your website/apps, watching your videos, and reading your blogs even when you are sleeping, on vacation, or in jail.

What are the things required for running a business? Funds, people, licenses etc. These are things someone has to give to you. Hence, these are not permissionless.
