When life gets overwhelming, back to basics:
- Sleep well
- Mediate
- Read
- Write
- Exercise
- Walk a lot
- Talk with parents
- Behave well. Don’t show anger or bitterness
- Do 9 to 5 well. Do what must be done.
- Eat well or Fast
- Reduce screen time
Don’t do these:
- Pursue multiple goals/things at once
- Spend more than you earn
