When life gets overwhelming

When life gets overwhelming, back to basics:

  • Sleep well
  • Mediate
  • Read
  • Write
  • Exercise
  • Walk a lot
  • Talk with parents
  • Behave well. Don’t show anger or bitterness
  • Do 9 to 5 well. Do what must be done.
  • Eat well or Fast
  • Reduce screen time

Don’t do these:

  1. Pursue multiple goals/things at once
  2. Spend more than you earn
